Due to the strictly regulated nature of laboratory research materials, analytical reagents, and in vitro testing products, all sales are final. Because these compounds require precise environmental controls and contamination-free handling to preserve integrity, products cannot be accepted for return, exchange, or restocking once they have left our fulfillment facility.

Damaged or Erroneous Shipments

In the event that an order arrives damaged, physically compromised, or incorrect due to an internal fulfillment error, notification must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of confirmed delivery. Please contact support via our official channels with your order number and comprehensive photographic evidence of the unopened, damaged packaging. Validated claims will be eligible for a replacement shipment or store credit at absolute discretion.

Cancellation Requests

Order cancellations must be requested prior to fulfillment and shipment. Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has been handed over to the carrier, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.
